- The app retrieves scheduling and activity data from our SaaS system using the FCM token, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
3. SaaS Application
Resident Data Collection
- The SaaS application is designed for care home staff to manage resident information. Data entered may include the resident’s name, optional email address, date of birth, dietary requirements, recreation activity records, and other details relevant to care operations.
- This data is manually input by care home staff and is used solely for managing resident care and operations.
Data Security and Retention
- We maintain resident data on secure systems with industry-standard encryption and other technical safeguards. Each care home operates on a dedicated, isolated system to ensure data confidentiality.
- Data is retained for as long as a resident remains under care. For any updates or corrections to personal information, residents (or their guardians) are required to contact the care home directly.
