myResidentCare is a business-to-business application used by care organizations. Data entered into the system is managed at the organization level and not by individual end users.

Data Retention
We retain data for as long as an organization maintains an active account. This includes resident information, staff data, and operational records required for providing the service.

Data Deletion

Upon request, the organization’s data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), unless retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

End Users (Residents and Staff)
If you are using myResidentCare through an organization, you must contact your organization directly regarding access to or removal of your personal data.

• After authentication, a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token is generated to facilitate secure communication and notifications within the app.

• The app retrieves scheduling and activity data from our SaaS system using the FCM token, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.

• The SaaS application is designed for care home staff to manage resident information. Data entered may include the resident’s name, optional email address, date of birth, dietary requirements, recreation activity records, and other details relevant to care operations.
• This data is manually input by care home staff and is used solely for managing resident care and operations.

• We maintain resident data on secure systems with industry-standard encryption and other technical safeguards. Each care home operates on a dedicated, isolated system to ensure data confidentiality.
• Data is retained for as long as required for care operations and while the organization maintains an active account. For any updates or corrections to personal information, residents (or their guardians) are required to contact the care home directly.

• Data cannot be deleted on a per-user basis within the application.
• Data is deleted when an organization’s account is terminated or upon request from the organization.
