This page provides you with a comprehensive view of your leads and waitlist management, helping you stay organized and make informed decisions. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the key features and customization options available on your dashboard.

Current Tasks

The “Current Tasks” section displays tasks assigned to you. This allows you to stay on top of your immediate responsibilities.

Customizing the Dashboard

You can add or remove the graphs and current tasks and rearrange them to create a personalized view that suits your workflow. Personalizing your dashboard is easy. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Add or Remove Graphs/Widgets: Click the button in the top right header to add or remove graphs and widgets. Choose the ones that are most relevant to your role and tasks. Be sure to save your customized dashboard layout.
  2. Rearrange Widgets: To rearrange widgets, simply drag and drop them to your preferred positions on the dashboard. Widgets that are moved are automatically saved in the new position.

Leads by Status Graph

This graph categorizes your leads based on their current status. It offers a quick overview of the distribution of leads across different stages of the process, helping you identify bottlenecks or trends.

Leads by Method Graph

The “Leads by Method” graph helps you understand where your leads are coming from. You can quickly assess which lead acquisition methods are most successful.

Leads by Stage Graph

The “Leads by Stage” graph categorizes leads by their stage in the process, such as Lead, Tour, Waitlist, Closed, Move-In, and more. This provides a high-level view of lead progression.

Using the Dashboard

Here’s how you can make the most of your dashboard:

  1. Access Your Tasks: Quickly find your assigned tasks in the “Current Tasks” section. Click on a task to view or complete it.
  2. Analyze Graphs: Use the graphs to gain insights into your leads and waitlist management. Monitor trends and take actions based on the data you see.
  3. Make Informed Decisions: Use the data on your dashboard to make informed decisions regarding lead and waitlist management strategies.
